Odilon Ford Winery grows and produces Sparkling Wines made from Wisconsin grown grapes.
Our estate grown grapes come from the family owned Sampson Valley Vineyard in North East Wisconsin. The land is located on what was the ancient shore of Lake Michigan 10,000 years ago.
Wines with bubbles are our specialty. We add bubbles to our wines using many techniques. From method ancestral and traditional method, to brand new innovative techniques; marrying bubbles with wine is what we do.
